Certainly! Here's a simple and delicious recipe for cheese balls:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup shredded cheese (you can use cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for added flavor)

- 1/2 cup milk

- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

2. Slowly add the milk to the mixture, a little at a time, and mix until you get a soft and pliable dough. The dough should hold together without being too sticky. If needed, you can adjust the amount of milk slightly.

3. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it between your palms to form a small ball. Repeat this process until all the dough is used, making bite-sized cheese balls.

4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium heat. The oil should be hot but not smoking.

5. Carefully place the cheese balls into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the cheese balls in batches if necessary.

6. Fry the cheese balls until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside. This should take about 2-3 minutes per batch.

7. Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried cheese balls from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

8. Serve the cheese balls hot and enjoy them as a tasty appetizer or snack.

You can also experiment with the recipe by adding your favorite herbs, spices, or even different types of cheese to customize the flavor of the cheese balls. Enjoy!
