Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.


2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halal ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, salt, and black pepper.


3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.


4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.


5. In a small mixing bowl, combine the halal ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.


6. Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.


7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).


8. Let the meatloaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it to a wire rack to cool completely.
