#ingredients.

1= beef 1 kg
2= onion 2 chops 
3=ginger 1 tablespoon
4=garlic 1 tablespoon
5=1 teaspoon salt
6=1 tablespoon red chilli powder
7=3 to4 tablesspoon oil. 
8=corriander, green chilli, and ginger for garnishing.

#method


First of all we shall take cooker 
 add into beef 1 kg 

Add water 5 cups 
Add 1 piece of ginger 
Add 1 tablespoon salt
Now we shall take oil 3 or 4 cups 
Add onions till turn into  brown 
Then add garlic and ginger paste into it 
Add beef 
Cook it on heat again 5 minutes. 
Add red chilli powder and green chilli, ginger and coriander for garnishing. Serve now.
