Shami kabab recipe, 
 Shami kabab is a wonderful snack from Pakistani cuisine. This easy _to_cook shami kabab recipe is made by beef through shami kabab can be vegetarian too. A perfect snack for dinner parties at home, beef shami kabab will be great as a starter dish served with an accompaniment of your choice.
 
Ingredients, 

1. Beef minced 1 kg. 
2. 1 cup Chana dal
3. 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
4. 1 tablespoon Garlic  paste
5. 1 medium Onion chopped 
6. Sabut Lal mirch 12_15 or to taste 
7. Dar chini (cinnamon) 2 sticks 
8. Badi elalchi( black cardamom) three
9. 2 tablespoon Salt or to taste
10.1 tablespoon Haldee powder (turmeric powder) 
11. Kali mirch Sabut (black pepper corns) 6 _8
12. 1 tablespoon Dhania (coriander seeds)
13.1 tablespoon Zeera (cumin seeds)
14. Green chili 4_5
15. 1/2 hara dhania (green coriander bunch
16. 1/2 Pidina(mint) bunch
17. 2 eggs
18 oil for frying
19. 4 cups  Water
How to make shami kabab?

In pressure cooker, add water,

Then add beef minced 1 kg, 
And add Chana dal 1 cups

Add onion 1 medium chopped, 


Add Lal mirch 12_15

Add 
Add

Add

Add

Add

Add

Add

Add

Bring it to boil water and all mixture, 
Cook it until water is evaporated & meat or beef minced is tender cooking time 30_35 at low flame in pressure cooker timing 8_10 minutes. 
After that, 
All ingredients put into bowl and cool it 







Shami kabab will be dept into eggs blended and fryed it. 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚
