Seekh kabab / beef kabab recipe #4 with Salma tariq


Making seekh kababs at home. In your fry pan, with meat that is marinated in Pakistani spices and grilled to perfection. 
  
                                     Cooking time :30 minutes
 
Ingredients, 
 
1. Beef 1kg (keema, minced). 
2. 2 tablespoon ginger _garlic paste.
3. 1 tablespoon red chili. 
4. 1 tablespoon all_spices powder.
5. 1 tablespoon Coriander seed
6. 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
7. 3_4 Green chili.
8. 4_5 tablespoon oil. 
How to make beef seekh kababs?


 In the chopper, add beef mince, red chili, all_spices powder, coriander seed, salt, green chili, ginger _garlic paste, chop them until smooth, make elongated kababs with cold water,




And fry for 10 minutes until light brown. Serve them.
