Beef kofta curry, or simply kofte, is a traditional Pakistani curry made of tender meatballs simmered in a spicy, flavourful sauce, this recipe has all the authentic flavor of old-fashioned kofte but it's made in an easier way,
How to make meatballs,
Ingredients,
1. Meat mince 1 kg,
2. 3 _4 green chili,
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic,
4. 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger, (blended)
5. 1 egg
6. 1 tablespoon red chili,
7. 1 teaspoon salt,
8. 1 tablespoon gram masla,
All ingredients put into blender, mixed-up, then we'll be made meatballs.







For the curry,

1. 1 large onions roughly chopped,
2. Medium or 3 small tomatoes roughly chopped,
3. Green chili pepper stem removed and roughly chopped
4. 1/4 oil,

2. Heat a large, heavy bottomed pan over high heat, add the oil and Then add the chopped onions and saute, stirring often 7_8 minutes, or until golden,add tomatoes, add all spices (salt 1 teaspoon, red chili 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon turmeric) and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds. Lower the heat to medium or until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
3.add 2 cup of water and raise the heat to bring to a boil. When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat to the lowest setting. Once it has stopped boiling, arrange the kofta in a single layer.
4. Raise the heat to medium cover and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and gently stir the kofte. Lower the heat to low_medium cover and allow it to simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring once in between until cooked through. Dish out,


*Note
If you wash mince, make sure that you drain any excess water so that the meatballs don't break while cooking.
